Medication costs are not included in any of the three options. Please contact us for additional details about the Advantage Programs.

IVF Ultimate Advantage Program

The Ultimate Advantage Program includes up to three completed cycles through IVF, and additional attempts using cryopreserved embryos produced in those attempts.

A completed IVF cycle is considered one in which an embryo transfer takes place using fresh embryos and all associated frozen embryos from that cycle are used. All cycles must be completed within 12 months.

The IVF Ultimate Advantage Program includes:

  • Up to three IVF fresh cycles and all associated frozen embryo transfers
  • All in-house monitoring services including laboratory services and IVF facility fees from oocyte retrievals and embryo transfer procedures
  • Oocyte insemination
  • Embryo culture
  • Embryo transfer including ultrasound guidance
  • ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection), if indicated
  • Cryopreservation (freezing) of extra embryos with each cycle
  • Embryo storage fees until the terms of the agreement have been fulfilled
  • Up to two pregnancy tests for each treatment cycle
  • Assisted hatching, if indicated
  • Anesthesia services for egg retrieval

If you do not take home a baby as a result of the three cycles (and the transfers of cryopreserved embryos), we will refund 80% of the fee.
