At the Wisconsin Fertility Institute, we understand that the cost of treatment is an important factor when you are choosing a fertility clinic. In recognition of this, we are dedicated to keeping our fertility treatments the most affordable in the area.
We pride ourselves on openly sharing costs and will always give you honest, up front pricing information with no hidden costs. We have only one source of charges at Wisconsin Fertility Institute so you do not have to worry about receiving “surprise” bills from a laboratory, healthcare facility or other billing entity. Only prescription drug expenses are not included, as they are billed separately by your pharmacy. We have a financial team in place to assist you at any point during your care.
We have developed the following estimated costs for Consult, Monitoring Ultrasound, Laboratory Services, IVF, ICSI, Micro IVF, Frozen Embryo Transfer and Intra Uterine Insemination. This is our best estimate as to the costs of the identified treatment plan, excluding the cost of medications. Please realize that these are estimates only; individual treatment plans may vary.
New Patient Consultation
A new patient consultation is estimated to cost $250. You will consult, face to face, with the physician for 60 minutes. This is an opportunity for you to meet the physician, ask questions and learn about evaluation and treatment options. This full hour also gives the physician the time needed to learn about you, your medical history and your treatment goals.

Ultrasound Examination for Follicular Monitoring
A monitoring ultrasound, performed by a Physician or Nurse Practitioner, includes an ultrasound examination and also a brief consultation to discuss treatment progress and answer any questions you may have.
