Wisconsin Fertility Institute offers three flat fee package plans called the Advantage Programs. These plans offer multiple treatment attempts at a reduced cost. Medication costs are not included in any of the three options.
IVF Prime Advantage Program
The IVF Prime Advantage Program allows for one complete IVF cycle within a three-month period. A completed IVF cycle includes the transfer of fresh embryos and an additional frozen embryo transfer if needed. The flat fee cost of the program is $11,900.
The IVF Prime Advantage Program includes:
- Monitoring ultrasounds and blood draws
- Egg retrieval
- Insemination of eggs, including ICSI
- Embryo Culture
- Assisted Hatching
- Embryo Transfers
- Cryopreservation of Embryos

IVF Value Advantage Program
The IVF Value Advantage Program includes up to two complete IVF cycles within a six-month period. A completed IVF cycle includes the transfer of fresh embryos and additional frozen embryo transfers if needed. The cost for this flat fee program is $17,900.
The IVF Value Advantage Program includes:
- Monitoring ultrasounds and blood draws
- Egg retrieval
- Insemination of eggs, including ICSI
- Embryo Culture
- Assisted Hatching
- Embryo Transfers
- Cryopreservation of Embryos
- Conscious Sedation

IVF Ultimate Advantage Program – Money Back Guarantee
The Ultimate Advantage Program includes up to three completed cycles IVF cycles within a 12 month period. A completed IVF cycle includes the transfer of fresh embryos and additional frozen embryo transfers if needed. This plan offers the opportunity for up to three fresh IVF cycles and 3 or more Frozen Embryo Transfers. If you do not become pregnant as a result of these three complete IVF cycles within 12 months we will refund 50% of the fee. The flat fee cost for this program is $24,900.
