JoAnn Brink, RN, IVF Donor Coordinator

JoAnn brings 10 years nursing experience with her to the clinic; five as a cardiac nurse and five as a trauma ICU nurse. Having been a former patient of Drs. Pritts and Olive in the clinic who has successfully undergone IVF, she understands what current patients and their partners are going through. Joann will help you throughout your journey in a kind, gentle and extremely proficient way.

Janet Chadwick, M.A.

Janet brings a gentle, caring disposition to her job along with nearly 25 years of experience. Janet’s “go to” style coupled with her outgoing smile makes it obvious to everyone around her that she loves caring for patients. Janet assists in clinical and surgical procedures and provides educational support to patients. As a patient, you will enjoy Janet’s dedicated and warm approach to care.

Amanda Dale, IVF Coordinator, Surgical Technologist

Amanda brings specialized expertise and over 10 years of experience to the clinic’s care team. Mandy assists in clinical and surgical procedures and as a new IVF Treatment Coordinator, brings a fresh perspective to the team. Her vibrant and dedicated demeanor is an invaluable asset to our clinic. You can look forward to Mandy’s quick thinking and enthusiastic attitude to enhance your care.

Marissa Eisner, B.S., Reception and Scheduling

Marissa brings a friendly smile and an outgoing attitude to Reception and Scheduling. She earned her B.S at Edgewood College here in Madison. Through her exemplary communication skills, Marissa takes the time to both listen to patients and communicate information professionally and sensitively. She applies her many years of customer service experience and education in Communication Studies here at the clinic. As a patient, you can look forward to thoughtful and exceptional service from Marissa.

Susan Frank, Insurance Specialist

Susan brings over 15 years of experience to her position as Insurance Specialist. Her keen knowledge of insurance billing and processing enables her to assist patients in understanding and maximizing their insurance benefits. Susan acts as a guide to patients in helping them understand the complex world of insurance. You will appreciate Susan's dedication to providing excellent and compassionate patient service.

Kelsi Gullickson, Reception and Scheduling

Kelsi brings energy, a friendly smile and 10 years of experience to the reception desk. Patients enjoy her outgoing attitude in person as well as her welcoming voice on the phone. Whether it’s scheduling an appointment or finding a staff person to answer a question, you can always count on Kelsi to help you out.

Christie Olsen, Nurse Practitioner, BSN, MSN
IVF Treatment Coordinator

Christie brings not only impressive experience and education to her position as an IVF Treatment Coordinator, but also a fantastic attitude and compassionate understanding for patient needs. Respectfully and in partnership, she works with her patients to achieve their care goals. She has extensive experience with pelvic ultrasound and also speaks Spanish fluently. You will enjoy her light hearted, approachable and friendly manner as well as her vast health care experience.

Chris Rotert, Project Manager

Chris comes to us as a project manager bringing her gifts of efficiency and organization to the team. She is a graduate of the Miami of Ohio University, with degrees in both Accounting and Sales. Chris works mainly behind the scenes, to ensure a smooth process for patients as they undergo treatments. Her calm and nurturing demeanor is a wonderful asset to all of the staff and patients. However, she has also been known to cheer enthusiastically and unabashedly when a patient receives the news that she is pregnant!

Allie Scott, Reception and Scheduling

Allie's genuine love and concern for people shines through as she goes the extra mile to make patients feel comfortable and cared for. Her attention to detail and quick thinking enable patients to breeze through reception and scheduling. Allie has many years of customer care experience and she brings a sense of humor, a smiling face and a can-do attitude to the clinic.

Hosam Shalaby, M.D., Embryologist

Dr. Shalaby is both a medical physician and embryologist, with a long time interest in laboratory andrology and embryology. He received his Medical Degree for Ain-Shams University in 1996, and completed his medical training in Ain-Shams University Hospital in Internal Medicine. He joined our laboratory team in the beginning of 2008 with a passion for working in reproductive medicine. As a patient, you will appreciate his unique skills, his attention to detail, and his broad knowledge of not just the laboratory but of all aspects of clinical care as well.

Shaina Welch, IVF Coordinator, Surgical Technologist

Shaina, an experienced surgical technologist, is a welcoming and energetic member of the clinic’s care team. She assists in clinical and surgical procedures and IV sedation. Her enthusiasm for caring for her patients coupled with her outgoing personality make Shaina a fantastic member of the care team. You will enjoy the excellent care Shaina provides, as well as her warm personality.

Johanna Young, B.S., Financial Counselor

Johanna has a broad background with experience in health care administration, project management and patient counseling. She received her B.S with Academic Distinction from the College of Business and Management in 2002 from the Cardinal Stritch University.  Johanna’s know-how in the financial aspects of fertility treatments will help you to steer through complicated health insurance plans and maximize your benefits. Johanna recognizes that facing the costs of health care can be overwhelming, and is dedicated to helping make this challenging topic easier to navigate. You will also enjoy her outgoing personality, sense of humor and genuine understanding.
